Delivery & Returns

Delivery Cost
We have a flat fee of £2.99 on all of our UK orders unless you order over £30 and then our standard service is completely FREE! We use Royal Mail 48 for our Standard Delivery Service.
 
We also offer 24hr tracked delivery service that will be either sent via FedEx for only £5.99!
 
All orders are usually dispatched the same day if you order before 12pm (midday), and will arrive 2-4 working days after with your local Royal Mail postman.
 
If you have paid for our 24hr tracked delivery service, your order should be with you the next day before 6pm delivered by FedEx. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and some more remote areas might take 2-3 days with this service.
 
Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note, we do not offer weekend delivery and our courier services do not deliver during the weekend. Therefore, any orders placed on Friday before 12pm will be delivered from the following Monday onward depending on the service used.
 
International Orders
If ordering from abroad, please note that you will be charged respective taxes and duties by your country for the items bought and we do not cover these charges in our prices.
 
Any orders placed during the weekend will be picked and dispatched on Monday (Tuesday if there is Bank Holiday Monday).  
 
Order shortages
If it happens that we are out of stock of your item, we will notify you about it and about the following actions:
 
  • If all items from your order are out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
  • If more than half of the items (or half of the order value) from your order are out of stock, we will contact you regarding this and give you option of either getting a full refund or sending the remaining items and refunding you for the shortages. If we do not hear from you by the given time, full refund will be issued.
  • If less than half of the items (or half of the order value) from your order are out of stock, we will also contact you regarding this and give you an option of getting a full refund. Please note, if we do not hear from you by the given time, the remaining items will be dispatched to you and refund for the shortages will be issued.
 
 
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please email us so we can organise a replacement for you. Please note, bank holidays, busy periods (e.g. Christmas) and Royal Mail strikes can affect the delivery times. Please note, as we use tracked service for all of shipments, we reserve the right to wait up to 7 working days before dispatching a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the tracking details from the shipping company.
 
Returns
  • You can return products within 14 days of the receipt.
  • Please fill in our returns form below before you send us the products back.
  • Please note, consumable products such as hair dyes cannot be returned.
  • In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed cosmetics, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings or real body jewellery unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. 
  • Please send back the products required to return to our address below :

  • Please include details of your order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or exchange. Once the product has been returned to us, we will issue a refund of the product costs.
  • Once the item is returned to us in original condition , the product cost of the item will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs (where applicable). Please note when making a return in this instance, we will refund your return costs up to a standard parcel Royal Mail First Class rate. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer’s recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.
  •  Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) along with the delivery note, letting us know why you are returning the item. We would advise that you keep proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.
  • Returns due to faults and damages due to misuse or use against the manufacturer’s recommendations or reasonable wear and tear will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we will only refund you up to a standard parcel Royal Mail Rate First Class Rate.
  • Please note, we do not offer exchanges or replacements for international orders.
 
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bluerainbow.co.uk.
